1. Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
2. Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or partially used items
- Perishable goods that have been unsealed
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item promptly.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
